restless legs at night

Hi everyone, I hope you and your baby are all well. I have a question, I am 7 weeks pregnant today, at night my legs are very restless, they ache and feel like I have to move them.

Thank you for your replies. I guessed that it's going to get worse. I'll try your remedies tonight. I'll Google some more more remedies too. What causes this?

that really stinks because they going to get a lot worse as the months go by I would take a hot bath at night when they start to annoy you and have someone give you a leg massage try saying it active during the day or doing leg raises honestly Google remedies because this is just the beginning and you can't take any medicine they prescribe for them they're going to get a lot worse

I had this a lot! I think eating bananas and drinking tonic water helped me, sleeping with a pillow in between my legs and also trying to take my mind off my legs by counting my breaths, someone else reccomended that. It helped at times but other nights were bad no matter what I done. Staying calm is the most important thing as if you let it stress you out sleeping becomes completely impossible. I hope it gets better for you.
