restless legs

Is it normal to feel like you can't keep your legs still at 27 weeks!? I'm up walking all day at work, and when i lay down to rest i can't cause my legs always feel like they're not comfortable or I can't help but to move them.

So I thought RLS was made up... until this pregnancy!! Oh my goodness. It's usually really bad days I swim. Putting pressure on them helps or taking a Tylenol. Or I just stretch them until fall asleep ha.

Thank you! This is my first pregnancy and I didn't know what to expect. I'm on my feet from 9-10 hrs a day not as bad as you. I've asked others I know and they didn't really experience this.

I've had restless legs before and during pregnancy and the only temp relief I ever got was from my husband rubbing/ massaging them.  It was usually from my knees down in the front.  Almost like my shins were always uncomfortable.
