I've had RLS when I'm not preggy. I don't take anything, but when it's really bad I squeeze one butt cheek as hard as I can for as long as I can and when switch to the other side. It kind of tires out the big muscles, making the legs calm down. Give it a try, it's not going to hurt.
increase water and.potasium as well that can help...mine have been worse lately and I am trying a homeopathic medicine for rls...took could ask your doc about that
Also ask your doctor about compression stockings. They're tight knee high stockings that improve the blood flow in your legs. They are a god send and they also reduce the swelling to come and the varicose/spider veins that everyone hates!
I'm a nurse on my feet all day and without them I wouldn't be able to work!
Yes ask doc but could be magnisum iron calcium folic acid or b vitamins.
You may be short in some essential minerals. I think magnesium? ? Check with your health provider.
