Hope it helps!

My inflamation was horrible.
I couldn't move my arm without agonising pain and cried when I had to get dressed.
It was a nightmare.

I'm 30+1w now and starting to get some rib pain on my right side again.. just a teeny tiny bit paranoid it will get just as bad again.
If it does, I'll go on maternity leave earlier.

Oh yes. And massage of course!
Ask your partner to rub your back.
pressure along backbone and around shoulderblade and neck can really help.

Press Hold Release kind of pressure.

It's getting a bit tight in there?
I had rib inflamation in my first trimester and what helps is the following:
Cold pack on top of ribs and heat pack on your back behind the ribs.
Sit either all the way up 90° or lay down straight, nothing inbetween.

Posture. Posture. Posture.
yes it is painful but if you let your posture go, you'll have a hard time getting it back.
All clothes looks better with excellent posture, so do your best to keep it that way.

If you see a physian, ask him/her if you can have your ribs taped. It really helped me.

I hope you feel better soon.. although.. it might not.
Best of luck!
