I had that exactly at 32 weeks also. My concern was baby fractured or bruised my rib so I had called my doctor cuz the pain was so bad when id breathe they sent me to l&d and that is when I found out I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes and I didnt even know at first but once I started feeling the contractions that other pain went out the window to this day the doctors dont know why I was having the pain I had asked if it had to do with my contractions but they didnt know. I am now 37 weeks and still get really sore on my left side bcuz my baby boy loves my ribs/: but your best bet is to call your doctor or call l&d to see what they have to say. Best of luck to you (:

Maybe gas? Try massaging that area and burping it out.  If not dr gets a phone call
