Im 32 weeks pregnant and have a head cold dats been going on for a month now and all the medicines dat im allowed to take for it makes my stomach feel bad n I become nausea does anybody have and suggestions? Im desperate

I have already tried the boiling water n lemon n honey thing I just made me go to the bathroom alot cus I drunk 2 cups

Ive just come down with a cold too, and feel so ill! Might try the lemon and honey drink later today if I can master the strength to get out of bed! Hope you feel better soon.

Good squeeze of lemon juice mixed with a teaspoon of honey and hot water did wonders for me. Drink it before bed and during the day if you want.

Yea im taking tylenol and flu rite now but im gon try the humidifier I hope it work cus its bad enough I dnt sleep cus of the baby n now I dnt sleep cus I cant breath rite

I'Ve had A Cough Since Pretty Much The Beginning Of My Pregnancy, A Pretty Bad Cough For The Most Part Id Cough So Hard Id Throw Up & Of Course Pee Myself WhiCH I Hate, I've Taken Tylenol Cold & Flu & Robitussin BuT Neither Worked, Then I Bought A Humidifier, AndI Sleep With It On All Night And It's HeLped Big Time. I Only Cough TowardsTheNight. Or When I Go OutsiDE At Night Time.

so have you tried Tylenol cold or flu? You could always take vitamin b6 to help the nausea ask of those are safe for pregnancy

I just suffer through mine. Lol. I have a cold right now, and I'm supposed to be induced in two days. :-( not looking forward to it. Drink lots of fluids and rest when you can.
