Yes I do and did the same thing. Now when I go to sleep I wake around 9 or 10am. Then take a nap at 2pm and wake up around 4 to 6pm then go to sleep around 11pm to 12am.
Yep and it doesn't really get much better. Sorry. I'm 17 weeks on Friday and whereas I'm getting accustomed to the difference, I still feel tired. I have found that I tolerate it abit better now though. Pillows help, benedryl helps too. Other than that I think a full night of rested sleep will be years away : ( lol.
