Thank you ladies. I've cut back a lot but the baby and myself have been completely healthy as well. I have an appointment the 21st. I'll get more information from my Dr. :)

My sil just had a very healthy baby boy and smoked her whole pregnancy and my mom has 6 kids and smoked with all of them and everyone of us have no health problems and never get sick we were all born a healthy weight as well and doctors do tell you not to quit bc it could be worse on the baby than actually smoking but i did quit with my first baby around 16weeks bc they made me sick so just try to cut back a few a day and you should be fine and baby:)

But would you really wanna risk that with your child? The baby can't do nothing to fend for himself and only relys on the mother in hopes she'll make the right decisions. There's always a risk your leaving to impact your baby. Think about the years
to come? Some sideaffects don't even hit till after one year of age. Just my opinion.

I've been told by my doctor its harder on the baby to quit and only cut back that he doesn't want me quitting bevause it puts to much stress on mom and baby and im 30 weeks and shes a perfectly healthy baby measuring perfect and the doctor is very happy with how its going so im not to worried,  I also smoked through my first pregnancy 7 yrs ago and the doctors said she was one of the healthiest babies they have seen in awhile

I know it's really hard to stop, it took my first trimester but I've learned alot and everytime you take a puff it cuts your Babys oxygen. Think of it this way everytime you take a hit plug your nose and cover your mouth, that's what happens to your little one inside. I crave them all the time it's hard but you don't have that much longer I say just drop em, do it for yourself and the baby, third trimester is most important! Good luck

I have an ecig but it doesn't help. My fiance loves his but its not for me. And I've been trying to smoke lights but for some reason those feel like they hit harder than the Marlboro southern cuts I smoke. I mean I've been healthy through my whole pregnancy. And baby girl too...thanks for advice ladies

Try an e-cig. They're a little bit better than regular cigarettes. Plus, you can bring your nicotine down slowly to help you quit. They've been a lifesaver for me. Also, much cheaper in the long run.
