so uncomfortable

I have 6 weeks left to go. Unless baby comes early him or her will be here via c-section 6 weeks from today. I have been really good this pregnancy besides being sick. However my body has really started to hurt, I cant get xomfortable. I feel so large (only gained 20lb so thats not bad) the last leg of this pregnancy seems to be harder and slower then the other 3. Im not sleeping, stressed, hurt and moody... help what are some suggestions you ladies find help.
its hard I work 50 plus hours a week. Full time student, mommy and wife.
