I am 17 weeks and I can not sleep through the night. It started off slowly and not to bad would wake up once with a sore arm and numb hand just had to move it a bit and it was fine. It has been getting worse. My last three nights have been horrible. I usually sleep 7-9 hours and I've only been able to get 5 max. It seems all I have to do is lay down and it hurts so bad and goes so numb. It goes away after a couple minutes of moving it but comes right back. During the day I have no issues. Ive tried sleeping with my arms propped on pillows. Sleeping on all sides propped also and nothing is helping any suggestions?? Please please I will greatly appreciate it <3 thank you

The numbness can be also helped by wearing soft splints made for carpal tunnel syndrome.

Try sleeping with a pillow in between your legs, behind your back on under your belly while laying on your left side. Good luck.

Have you tried sleeping with you hand hanging off the bed? If it continues to be an issue I would consult a doctor
