spotting

Hi, I'm almost 9 weeks pregnant & yesterday I was spotting, October 2012 I had a miscarriage @ 7 weeks & now I'm worried that something could be wrong with this pregnancy! I don't want to lose my baby :( but the sitting definitely scares me! Is it normal to be spotting??

You can never be too sure Hun . My previous mc I had pink spotting at 7.5 weeks  and my current miscarriage I had brown spotting , I thought I was 9 weeks this past Friday ,however the sac says 9 weeks but baby only measures 7.4 weeks . Just make sure -however sometimes it's nothing .good luck xxx

Thank you!! I will take it easy for a couple of days, I'm not cramping, it is pink only, I'm waiting on the insurance to see if I got approved so I haven't been to the doctor yet :/ thank you all for your comments...I feel relieved!!  :)

Make sure you tell your dr about it but I wouldn't stress just yet. As the other ladies said, it can be perfectly normal for this point of pregnancy.

Spotting  can be completely normal. Do you have cramps? Is it bright redrout a darker brownish? How much are you spotting? The cervix ifs very engorged during pregnancy which can cause spotting in  some women after exercise or sex. I would call the doctor either way to see what they say.  Good luck, I'm sure it's okay though.

Depends on the colour. Brown is usually ok but if its pink or red then get checked out :)

Lots of women have spotting especially in the beginning so there a good chance its nothing to worry about. Try to relax and take it easy for a day or two.
