Today I am 6 weeks. All the sudden, my symptoms lessened. No nausea, barely any breast tenderness, very light cramping and no bleeding. Am I just one of the lucky few or should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry :) long as no bleeding. I have cramped the whole time and only get nauseous every once in blue moon, breast are heavier but not really sensitive. Was same way with my other 2. Im just one of the "lucky" ones I guess. I'll be 11 weeks Thursday and seen heartbeat on u/s and heard heartbeat again today :). Congrats on your pregnacy :)
Take a deep breath, don't ask for trouble. Sometimes symptoms come and go. Wait for you Dr appointment before you worry
