swollen feet and ankles
I just had a beautiful baby girl 4 days Ago and was wondering if it was normal to have very swollen ankles and feet? .. my whole left side is numb. From my butt down to my foot and it's only my left foot. Is this normal?
Mine stayed swollen for 6wks after I had my First. Even my calves! It will go away!
Yeah its normal before and just after birth.. i got told to eluvate my legs and rest as much as possible.

Ps congratulations on your little baby girl. :)
My feet were the same after birth of my first. I compared them to stumps as they were just these fat blocks of foot sitting on the end of my leg. It weirded me out. Probably lasted up to a week or so.
