My feet and legs  are swollen after giving birth this past Sunday.  Anyone else going through it or went through it? How long before it went away?

Last time I had an epidural they gave me stockings to wear for six weeks. To keep the swelling down. I wore them for the first few weeks which really helped. Might be worth u going to ur docs to ask for some. Plus get it looked at for peace of mind. X

I had the same after my first child. Natural birth no pain relief. Took a few days. My midwife told me its nothing to worry about :) I remember the soles of my feet being swollen too!! Not fun. Just drink plenty of water and put your feet up when you can  xx

Mine took like 2 weeks to go away. I was told lots of fluids are the way to go. I couldn't even get my feet in flip flops! Good luck, hope it goes away fast.
