35w in 2 days...just had to get compression socks bc of being on my feet all day! Talk w ur MCP and see if they can prescribe them for you. Most insurance companies will pay for a portion of them. Best of luck!
Compression socks help reduce swelling, especially if you are on your feet all day like me!
Soak your feet with water and salt. Also elevate your feed when your laying down...
I've heard watermelon works!

I haven't gotten much swelling yet but throughout my pregnancy and beforehand I've been dry brushing. It's good for you because it helps your circulation and helps get rid of toxins built up in your lymph and blood. You have to buy an actual brush made for dry brushing, I got mine from amazon, and then you start at your feet and brush in circular motions all over up to your heart. During pregnancy I skip my stomach because the skin is too stretched and then and sensitive. It can feel a little I comfortable at first so if you do it, do it very lightly. Then the more you do it the harder you can press. It makes me feel great when I'm done! Also I usually do it before the shower so that I wash off any dead skin cells. I think that has helped me prevent some swelling in my ankle and calf area
My mom had really bad swelling when she was pregnant and was told to just eat fruits and vegetables for a day or two. The swelling went way down. Good luck!
My dr had my spouse squeeze my legs. Starting at the foot working your way up. And then your body can dispose of some of the extra fluid by peeing. That was with my first pregnancy, and thankfully I haven't swollen near so bad with any of my others.
Do NOT squeeze the legs!!
Foot massage is fine, but your clotting factor is super high right not and squeezing up the legs could dislodge a clot and cause many issues(anorism/kill you)
Keep your feet up, massage them, fluids, add a touch more salt to your diet.
I am trained in prenatal massage, we are told no leg massage for 6 months AFTER birth and lymph drainage techniques only with pressure no more then the weight of a quarter
Soak your feet in epsom salt for a bit. If I do it before bed, a little swelling goes away immediately, and a lot more swelling is gone by morning.
Massage from top of feet continue squeezing up legs towards your heart. Firm pressure will move fluid to let your body reabsorb it. Have someone do this for you.
