swollen feet!!
Any one know what might help swollen feet. Mine are twice there normal size
Thank you they only started to swell in the last few days I was thinking maybe the heat was causing it
drink a lot of water during the day, reduce as much as u can salt from your food and start walking every day.i believe it will help you!!
Thank you I'll try that. Flip flops are the only shoes I can ware and there not not practical in the rain :-)
Lay flat on your back with your legs elevated above the your head like on a stack of pillows or on the arm of the couch. That should help.
