Since we're in our 3rd Trimester, I drink Dandelion Root Tea to get rid of my excess fluid retention. Plus I drink about 10+ bottles of water.

I drink the Tea once a week, because it makes you pee every half an hour. Thank God there is something all natural that gives me relief.

I was a balloon by the end of my first pregnancy. It was so painful. The best thing is to have someone rub your fluid that is in your feet up inyo your legs while you are laying down. And keep up on your water...try not to have a lot of sugar and salt. I remember about a week after giving birth I woke up and my feet looked so skinny and small lol!
