I found preggy pops helped.  You can buy at babies r us.  Keep oyster crackers or saltines handy.  Keep something in your stomach.  I have learned to quit fighting it.  It lasts longer if I fight it.  I now just let it happen and go on with my day.  I have battled it for 24 weeks now.  Good luck to you.

Don't worry it's completely natural to feel that way. I was nauseous as well the first 3 months with this pregnancy! But fortunately never threw up. With my first, I only felt nauseous for about a week or 2, and threw up once. :( But for most ppl, it goes away after the first trimester, if not sooner. You can drink hot tea with ginger already in it, or what I recommend, is to put a tiny slice of raw ginger in it for a few minutes. It's a natural way of easing your stomach and helps with the nausea. Also, when you're feeling that way, lay down and rest. Being more active will only make you feel worse. Remember that you are pregnant and it's perfectly fine to take it easy! You can also always tell your doctor about it & he'll give you some medication. I recommend reglan. It's safe for u and baby thru out your pregnancy. Or for however long you feel nauseous. It made mine go away! Try eating saltine crackers too, and slowly sipping on ginger ale or sprite. Hope this helps! Good luck! :)
