Anyone pregnant with twins or already have twins. I'm only 6 weeks 1 day but today my aunt said I look like I have a little baby belly already. She said maybe twins. It kinda hurt my feeling because I'm a heavy girl and now I feel like a super fatty:( idk I guess my question is how soon did you start showing? Did I mention my honeys grandfather was a twin too. Ive always been told it skips a generation. Any advice?

I am nineteen weeks pregnant with twins. I am a heavy girl and have already carried two pregnancies to term and had one miscarriage. I wasnt showing that early. found out it was twins at a ten week ultrasound. it's only genetic from the mother's side, so you aren't predispositioned towards twins, but any daughters you have will be. fraternal twins are the only twins that are passed down genetically, and it's because the woman releases more than one egg, so your bd couldn't have control over that.
don't worry about what other people say, and just focus on staying healthy! good luck!

I bet it's just bloating but you will show earlier than usual. My sister started showing at 14 weeks and looked 7 months pregnant in no time

Thank you ladies both of those comments make me feel better already :) I'm horrified to put pics on Facebook for that reason I'm very self conscious about my weight! Ive been doing everything right though walking eating small regular and healthy meals I'm soooo worried about being huge. But I'm not going to worry about it. I'm healthy and so far so is my little alien or aliens.... also I'm sorry about your other babies :(

I'm 13 weeks and I posted a pic on Fb last week got a lot of comments on my size which is just rude in general but apparently this happens to a lot of woman.....I wouldn't worry I only have one baby and people said maybe I was having twins....this is my 1st child...everyone grows differently and it doesn't matter all that matters is you have a healthy baby in there :) people are really inconsiderate of a pregnant woman's feelings when they say things like that. I'm sure you look beautiful

In my first pregnancy I was pregnant with twins. As soon as week 6 I felt really big and I swear to you I wouldn't even fit in my clothes. I had to buy prenatal clothes.
Unfortunately I miscarried at week 10 so I can't tell you more.
