I'm 35 weeks and my legs hurt often it started from the beginning of my pregnancy with painful pressure only in my lady spot ;) but now its so bad it's moved to my legs and ankles I'm not swollen but GGHHH it's uncomfortable like my insides are going to fall out lol  , with extreme  pressure , for me I think it's bc I'm on my feet all day .No one has ever mentioned calcium pills to maybe help ... perhaps I should try .

Reg milk is later on
as for formula and breast milk you can try or alternate both if baby allows it .

Leg cramps could also be do to poor circulation. Try walking or cycling. Stretch out ur legs. U can start with formula as soon as u wanted 2. Regular milk if I remember correctly doesn't get introduced til they are 1.
