prune juice pour it in a cup and drink fast without breathing like its alcohol. thats what i've used my whole pregnancy
Drink lots of water, also ask your dr for something. They should prescribe something that is safe :-) Avoid high sodium foods and beverages, and def avoid anything.that gives you diarrhea.
Thanks ladies! I will try the prunes first and fiber bars then maybe the otc stuff. I'm trying to deal with the nausea but it fs so strong!
try fiber one bars... I was constipated until I started eating them once a day..they are good too
apple juicee is what i was told too usee.
idk??
Try regular walks. It is good excersise but also helps move your bowels. Medimucal is also preggy approved.
I am on a bit of a higher dose of Zofran, so I hear you about the constipation. My doctor recommended Miralax. It is a flavorless powder and I put in it my juice or Gatorade. I can't taste it at all, and I'm really picky about that stuff. It works well without giving you cramps, gas, or diarrhea. It is definitely worth it to drink it every couple days to get the relief from Zofran. Feel better:-)
I chose the nausea over the constipation! I only took my zofran 6 days, and the last rwo times were bc I had something important I had to attend. It def stopped me up and my stomach hurt so bad!
I picked up some cherry flavored prunes they are yummy. I suggest trying them. My seven year old twins even like them. But start with one or two a day.
Same Boat :/ Colace And If You're Really Desperate Miralax
I also take zofran like my life depends on it but my dr recommended colace and it works miracles. You can try a glass of prune juice a day but that stuffs horrible. Good luck!
