very painful gas pains

Pretty sure this is from the sub i ate before bed. Woke up at 3 in the morning with trhe worst gas pains ibe ever had in my life, my whole stomach hurt so damn bad that it scared the crap outta me thinking i was going into labor.when i layed on my back my stomach started gurgling and moving around and immediately had to go to the bathroom and had bad diarrhea. Has anyone else had gas pains super bad followed by diarrhea? I feel a little better now and the pains are prolly normal and has happened in the past pre pregnancy but now that im pregnant just worried me a lot cuz these pains were bad, got me nauseous and everything

You could poison your baby with deli meat. Before we eat meat it has to be heated.  It's not fair:(

Try to watch what you're eating to figure out what triggers it. One thing I can say is during pregnancy deli meats are off limits so that could have played a role here from the sub you ate.

Yes girl omg I just had all that going on... And ut don't feel like I'm done... Uhhh... We must watch what we eat.. my hubby brought in beef pizza so I thought that's the last thing I ate... I think it was pork..  that's what usually get me going like this or uncooked food... Last time I ate under cooked food had me in the hospital a few weeks back...

You can get trapped gas. It huuuuuurts!! You may want to add probiotic yogurt and pruns to your daily diet. It helped A LOT with my second child. For prunes I eat sweet ones brand. They're really good. Hope this helps you.
