weight gain !!

I gain over 25pounds & im only 34weeks is that normal ? How can i slow down my appetite ?

I'm  26 weeks 3 days and I've gained 26-lbs. Ewwk! With my first I gained 29lbs total so I'm freaking out a little.

@kay trying to slow down the eating process is what I am still trying to master but I think if u do fruit intake or veggies it will help or yogurt because I found myself packing on pounds and Im thinking a tuna sandwich is ok until tuna turns into turkey in one day. Just eat lighter foods

I've gained 26 and am 28 weeks. I think it's fine and right on track and so does my Dr.

Everyone responds differently to pregnancy. With my first I gained 60 lbs, I am on my 2nd at 39 wks tday and have only gained 25. I havnt changed anything from eating or working out. So I will go with my Dr and say every pregnancy is different!

Your supposedto have gained 20-28 pounds by the time your 34  weeks. That's normal! I'm 33 weeks andhave gained 26 andmydoctors said that my weights perfect. from this point you should gain a pound a week
