If you have good insurance, you can get your pump for free after your baby is born.
We are getting the furniture soon amd then everything else will come after the shower.
I bought a package of diapers and wipes every week from weeks 8+ and then at 18 weeks when we found out the gender we switched to baby clothes and other things. We also did our registry, anything else that we need will be bought after the baby shower!
But its never to soon to pick up something you love!

I'm not having a baby shower. I have my ultrasound on the 24th (not finding out the gender) but I'll start shopping then
I want to buy everything right now! But we will probably purchase the crib and necessities soon and wait to see what we need after the shower.
You can pick up things like bottles, breast pads, a pack of diapers here and there...but I suggest holding off on clothes, sleepers, etc if you're having a baby shower...and after that, you can pick up whatever you may need that you didn't receive at the shower
*my daughter's FIRST sleeper
I'm 20 weeks and just bought my daughter's sleeper on saturday, it was so cute, i cldnt resist. I plan to pick up things like bottles, a pump...things like that soon...but, clothes, i'll wait until after my shower.
