People keep telling me.. mostly people who have never been pregnant that i shouldnt workout like i do still.. its annoying. I only work out 30-40 mins four days a week now when i use to 2hrs five days a week. Also a lot of people think im not "big " like apparently i should be . Everyones body is different right ? and im a ftm mom some take longer to show right ? i shouldnt be bothered by it if my dr. Tells me our boy is fine and i feel him move everyday.. but it does...

I am in my 3 trimester now and I still work out and run. I did a marathon 3 months ago and just yesterday I did a 2 hour cycle class for the new year and my normal weights. Just listen to your body.

Exercising is great for you, pregnant or not!  If you were working out before pregnancy, it is generally fine to work out once pregnant unless you have a complication or at the end where the exertion might bring on labor.  It might not be the ideal time to take up an intense work out routine if you never had one before . .  .  but if you're fit and used to it, it is great to keep doing it.  More power to you.

I'm pregnant and on active duty in the Army. We still have to do an hour of modified workout 4 days a week. No problems here except that my weight gain has been on the low side.

Exercise is perfectly fine and super healthy for you. It apparently makes labor easier (something I'm not terribly familiar with because I'm about to have my 3rd csection). I do know, though, that it definitely benefits you to keep active. It's so easy to let pregnancy sap your energy and not leave the couch for 9months.

Keep doing what you feel to do. Once you start doing too much your body will let you know. I'm pregnant with twins.I'm 22 weeks today, and I don't look it. I have a 7yr old Lil girl and a 5yr old Lil boy and I had to wear XL paternity clothes, but with being pregnant with twins, because I became healthy for myself. I am wearing only large. i am limited of what I can do since I'm high risk, but if I was I'm your shoes I'd keep doing what makes you feel good til your body tells you otherwise. Keep up the great work (: I support ya

One of the most important things I learned with my first pregnancy is to ignore everyone! Whether they have been pregnant or not. Yes absolutely everyone is different! Exercise is great for you and the baby, especially if you are already very active. You've already cut your regiment down , your Dr have given you the OK so unless your DR advises other wise just ignore everybody else. PS. I'm almost 25 weeks and just now started to really look like I'm actually pregnant and it's my second. Stay positive and do what feels right for you and baby :)

If your doc says it's fine than you're good. Bodies that are in better shape are supposed to have a better labor and delivery too. I'm jealous you have that much motivation! Lol
