How far along r u?  The best thing to do would be to rest and drink lots of water.  I had it with my second pregnancy and it healed on its own. If ur not bleeding at all that is a good sign

I am so sorry, I will be thinking of you.  I would talk to my doctor about all my fears and concerns, and ask my doctor to check me more often until it does heal. And ask what I could do and if there is anything my doctor could do to help it heal.  Sorry this probably doesn't help. But just dont be scared to be pushy with your doctor and to make them discuss and check on you more.
