Racing heart
Is it normal to get palpitations when resting and doing nothing a couple of times throughout the day? Heart races feel breathless and weak need to sit down until it passes ?
Totally normal. I noticed that when i was pregnant with my daughter. All that extra blood in your body and hormones. Its normal.
In case of heart I always recommend to ask your doctor. From my personal experience, I can say that many times I thought I feel my heart, and it was not a heart. Finally we found out it was an esophagus. But without examination it's hard to tell, so talk with your doctor, but don't worry before that
