Anxiety, stressful and constant worry.

Any moms out there who are having a hard time trying to relax during their pregnancy with all going on in the world?  I hate politics and it's everywhere.  TV, social media, work, the grocery store, the millions of discussions between husband and his buddies, etc...... everything makes me feel sick.  I'm bringing an innocent life into a world that is almost impossible to deal with.  It feels like there are far more selfish-natured, obnoxious, greedy people out there than those who have good morale and are worth trusting.

I've gotten to the point where I just seriously hate people.  I want no parts of going to parties where I know there will be some kind of strong political talk, feminism talk, mommy bashing, etc....

Any recommendations on how to deal with this emotional issue?  I wish I had a private hide away look be away from all of this.

I purposely don't read the news or engage in conversations about politics and all the bad things happening in the world. I dont care what's going on, as selfish as it sounds all i care about is my own little bubble and being happy, i shut all that crap out because if not worry will ruin what short time i have here and what's the point in that when it's over things usually out of my control! Don't know if that helps you but it's what i do
