Coarse granules in urine

My wife is currently 8 months pregnant, and we had a urinalysis done as per our doctor's request. The result show that she has coarse granules that counts 11. What does it mean? The information will be very much appreciated. Thanks

The Doctor said that it can be possible that my wife is dehydrated or nevertheless she has a renal problem. If it's a renal problem, they would still need to findout what is causing it, and the wife needs to be hospitalized to do some lab tests. Thank you for the info, hope i can get some more ideas.

Did you ask your doctor what it means? Something tells me it has something to do with one of three things...the high/low levels of sugar, iron, or protein, in the blood.  I'm not a doctor, It's just a hunch : ) please let me know what you find out.
