Depressed? =/

So my due date is tomorrow and I am feeling extremely down. I understand that most first time mothers go past their due date but I was really hoping not to. My entire pregnancy was pretty rough and it eased up about a month ago...but now I'm just really sad and wanting to get this over with. I am happy about my baby. I'm anxious and excited. I love my son beyond words...I feel no regret or anything...I'm just tired. I'm really tired of being pregnant and I want my body back. I've heard this is normal...but I don't have anyone to relate to or that can relate to me at the moment. =/ Anyone?

I'm getting a little depressed too, I'm 40 weeks and 4 days today with my second child, will be induced Monday and can't wait! I'm tired of getting more stretch marks and gaining more weight this last week. We are almost there! In the home stretch at least, they won't let you be pregnant forever.

No problem! I appreciate the response! My doctor has yet to introduce any of my options to me. I think he wants me to do this naturally. I really would love to as well. I feel bad but I have no more patience for my little one. I just wasn't him here already. =/ thank you for the suggestions too!

I know how you feel.  I am 41 weeks and 2 days... I am pregnant with my 3rd.  Most women deliver between 39-41 weeks, according to my dr, so the good news is you will likely deliver within a week.  I have 2 days to get my lil girl to want to come or I have to have a csection :-(.  I really wanted a vba2c and am finding it really hard not to get depressed and to relax as stress will ensure I dont.  Try maybe some prenatal yoga, I am going to try a class this weekend.  Or a prenatal massage or acupuncture.  I am going to a chiropractor cuz my lil girl decided to position in front of my cervix not over so that was really the only real option to try and help align me better to give her room to move.  Sorry for the long response.  Good luck!
