How much weight is your babies gaining?? and How are they doing in General??

Brayden will be 2 months on the 8th (I know.. HARD to believe!!) and he has already gained 3 lbs!! He now weighs 10 lbs 9 oz!! I could not believe how fast he is growing!! His 0 - 3 months sleepers don't even fit him either, they are too short! As many of you know he couldn't latch on in the beginning... well he has been having 2X weekly CranioSacral therapy done and now he latches on completely YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! BUT... while I was pumping exclusively for the last two months.. as you may know, your milk production could decrease with just pumping alone and it did, so I have been seeing a homeopathic doctor and she gave me something to build my milk production and OMG it is doing REALLY well now! I am still kind of scared to stop giving him formula supplementation just yet because he eats like a horse and my production isn't up that much yet! He has noticed his hands and feet so it's so fun watching him swaying his arms around trying to reach for things to hit them. He also kicks his swing tray so hard that it comes unlatched and he laughs and laughs!! I know, it's not very good that he can actually kick it so hard that it unlatches.. I am working this out with fisher price! Just to warn you all.. this is the Rainforest swing, so be careful!! Brayden LOVES to be held ALL day long!! Can I hear a AMEN for Baby Bjorn carriers!! Lordly it has saved me LOTS of free hands to get some things done around the house!! They are relatively expensive but to me WELL worth it!! I recommend them to anyone!! We have some cute pics uploaded you'll have to check out!!

Hope everyone is doing wonderful, hope them babies are growing like weeds like Brayden is and Hope you all are adjusting well to having little ones around again!! Hope all that are still TTC get they're prayers answered and Hope you all have a great holiday Friday!! Can't wait to hear how you all are doing!!

... check out the new pics!!

Hugs Patty and Brayden!!

oh my petit little girl!! lol  addison is going to be 8 months on sunday.  her 6 month check up she was 13.10 in weight.  she looks chunky though. she has had a big growth spurt so maybe she is over 14 now haha.  she almost has two teeth. still bfing and eating baby food.  she says mama when very upset and dada when quietly playing with a toy lol.  she sits up for a short time but can stand at the coffee table if you put her there. very strong legs!  i want another so bad its making me crazy!  not sure why im still not sleeping through the night.  ever since daddy came home she wakes at 3 am and again for a taste here and there after that.  i am going to get her in her crib this weekend, i hope, we will see how that goes haha.

OMG...I think I have a real chubba on my hands!!  Isabelle weighed 14lbs10oz at her 4 MONTH appt in May!!  She was in the 75% for everything which was good since she started out a peanut at just over 6lbs (10%).  I am guessing she is about 17lbs now and she goes in on the 22nd for her 6 month appt!  Oh boy - can't wait to see what she weighs then!!  I agree Patty - must be the momma's milk!  My sister was like "Boy Lisa you must have some good milk!!"  Must be all the chocolate chip cookies I was addicted to on maternity leave!  She just started to her first tooth on Sunday and also learned how to jump in the jumper (it was a big day for us!)!!  Love her more each and every day!! :)

They are all growing nicely it sounds!!

Since Brayden has Finally learned how to latch on,  he has went from 9 lbs 8 oz one month ago to a whopping 10 lbs 14.5 oz today!!! YAY!! "Momma's" Milk does a body good!

Jen- I'm so glad Noah started cooperating with his worn down Mommy!! She finally gets the break she has deserved for a long time!!

Rebecka- Abby sounds and looks absolutely fine to me! My daughter (18 yrs old) weighed 6 lbs 9 oz when she was born and at a year old only weighed 12 lbs.. They told me back then that she was absolutely fine! She was a very active baby and ate like a horse!!

Melanie.. Vince is a pure Doll!! I just want to come there and kiss him all over!!!!

Reno - girl, I don't know what I've been feeding that boy & Abby doesn't look like she's in the 21st percentile - she looks like a chunky money. Guiness413 - I didn't do a d@mned thing to correct the colic - it just seemed to get better w/time unfortunately.  I did the swaddle, the rocking, walking, bathing, shoot anything to settle Noah down but honestly it just took time.

LOL - and here I thought Abby was really chunking up - and then I read that our buddy Noah (40smama) was 12lb 3oz at his two month check up - at her FOUR month check up on June 30th, Abby is now 12 lbs 4 ozs and 25 inches long - she's in the 92% for height and the 21% for her weight - she's long and skinny - although I don't think she looks that skinny any more!  She's rocking some chunky thighs!

Hi Patty and everyone:

Noah was 12 lbs, 3oz at his 2 month check up on the 24th.  He's doing much better - in fact he's out of the bassinet and into his big boy crib!!  I was kind of bummed at first (just slightly - 1st milestone!) but he's sleeping so much better that I'm wondering if I shouldn't have done this sooner.  His colic too is better - he's only colicky every other day so life is good!

It's good to read about everyone's babies - happy 4th! -jen

That's great Patty! I also used the harness a lot during the first and second month and, as you said, I wouldn't have been able to survive without! Michael now is much more aware of surroundings and likes to play with mobiles and wants to TALK all the time!  So it's easier to keep him quiet and entarteined.  The swing is also a great help to keep him entarteined.

He will be 3 months on July 8th and he is doing quite good.  Last weight check at 2 months , he was 10 lb and 6 oz and 23 in.  When he was born, he was 7 lb and 9 oz and 20 and 1/2 in . I'm breastfeeding but every once in a while I need to give him a couple of ounces of formula because he just takes everything I have and he wants more!  He doesn't sleep through the night yet but I don't mind that since during the night I produce the most milk and I'm glad he wakes up to drink it.  I would like to boost up my milk production so I can give him more.  I'm considering some tea... Are you taking some supplements?

My Brayden will be 2 months on the 9th and he was 11 lbs about 2 weeks ago. He was 7 lbs 10 oz when he was born and he was about 22 1/2 in long. He eats constantly and we have switched his formula for the 5th time in the hopes of less spit up and vomiting. He has fluid on his testicles which should eventually subside in the fear that it was a hernia but other than that and the fact that he does not know how to sleep much, all is well
