Pregnant or Perimenopause?

I am 50 years old and it has been 61 days since my last period began.  I have bloating above my naval, nausea, headaches, dull ache in my lower back, smell sensitivity, extreme hunger, dull cramping sometimes in my pelvic area and extreme fatigue.  All of this with negative home pregnancy tests.  I have an appointment with a doctor on Wednesday.  Pregnancy or menopause???

I have no idea what the doctor will do on Wednesday.  I think the nurse who took the information was still in shock that I am 50, possibly pregnant and have 16 children.

Some of those symptoms go with ugh, menopause(I hate the word) but, smell sensitivity doesn't. It's one of the 1st pg symptoms I get. It's a hard call. Will your dr call in a lab for a blood Hcg so you don't have to wait?
