Why my Pregnancy still going even I have miscarriage was a day after

On 19Jan I found I was pregnant also found few blood dropped, At 21Jan Iwent to my GP for blood test and have a Ultrasound scan from vignia, the blood test result is pregnant. After 21 Jan I found I bleeding very heavy just like the period for 4 days( usually period last for 4 days). 27Jan went to my GP , the Ultrasound report: there was Cell inside but was empty then blood test again to make sure pregnancy drop , the result was low my GP told me was negative and I did the Home Pregnancy test at home the result was negative. A week after Home Pregnancy test was still negative.18Feb Home Pregnancy test was positive again.

5th May Ultrasound , the outcome was my due date is 26 October and surprise me that my start day of Pregnancy was19 Jan(15 weeks pregnancy currently).
I couldn't understand I thought this is an another pregnancy but not the same one, Please help

After I have just spoken to my Doctor because I am questioning about the pelvic ultrasound was done on 23th May( empty cell inside my womb), now he said sometime the pelvic ultrasound cannot perfectly detected when the cell was so small. And I am also questioning about my blood test about level of HCG (21 Jan HIGH but 27Jan LOW), the same time Home Pregnancy Test was(Negative). He couldn't explain to me but he said the Home Pregnancy Test something is not that accruate. Ummm! What a great answer...

Some people say it might be twin but lost one the first time , some say the pregnancy will still go on even I have period , very very confusing. Therefore woman could get pregnant before or after 5 day when they have period ,am I right? I am assuming this is my 2nd pregnancy.

It sounds like a second pregnancy because your blood levels and home pregnancy test kits had a negative in the meantime.  If they had remained at positive levels, there would be an open question, but the fact that they dropped means that it's a second pregnancy.

I think you had miscarrage in Jan and then got pregnant again in Feb.

As far as I know scanning can be a little bit wrong e.g. one or two days, which doesn't really matter, so let's assume that scanning was right and you were exactly 15 weeks and that conception happened on 2 Feb.

That means that you ovulated shortly before the conception (the most 24 hours before). The bleeding between 21 Jan and 24 Jan could be your period + miscarrge in one.

The time span between 21 Jan and 2 Feb is 12 days and it is posssible to have ovulation 12 days after the first day of the last period. How many days the period lasts is not important for the cicle.

The period +miscarrage could even start on 19 Jan because you started bleeding then, and that would make 14 days before the ovulation on 2 Feb (14 days like books say).

Your conception date is 2 Feb then your intercourse happened on or before that date, of course. It could be even 4 days before (due to the possibility of sperm survival) The ovulation took place between that exact date and 24 hours before (due to egg survival).

Therefore this is my 2nd pregnancy right? from 21Jan to 24 Jan the heaving bleeding is miscarriage but not my period , right? However,my pregnancy start at 2Feb but not 19 Jan ,but how come they said I am 15 weeks pregnant?

Sorry I am a bit confuse the concept between Conception date  Intercourse date and Ovulated date, which should be count first ?" if my conception date is 2 Feb , the intercourse date was happened from19 Jan onward, please correct me if I am wrong.

It is because people who do my Ultrasound on 5 May said that the bleeding was my normal period and my pregnancy still go on, that is the reason I am so confuse. Please help and solve my silly mind, thanks

This is how doctors count pregancy. They count weeks from the so called "the first day of the last period" and the pregnancy lasts 40 weeks. If you would count your pregnancy from the moment of conception it would last 38 weeks.

So if the conception was on the 2nd Feb than "the first day of your last period" was 14 days earlier and it gives 19 Jan. "The first day of your last period" does not have to be the real first day of your last period if your cicle is longer than 28 days.

By why start day will be 19 Jan( the date I get pregnant) and the conception date is 2 Feb when I use the one line due date calculator . Is that mean I get pregnant on 19 Jan but the egg been fertilizer on 2 Feb? Sorry I am a bit confuse now , If the intercourse happened on 19 Jan then the conception date is 2 Feb , please correct me if I am wrong

This is another pregnancy, not the same one.  According to my cycle calculator, your conception date for a October 26 due date is Feb 2.  So, you miscarried in January and became pregnant for a second time in February.

Have you looked into hiring a birth doula to help support your through your pregnancy in labor?  A doula is a fabulous resource for you and will help answer questions and fill in gaps left by your care provider.
