Hello, welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your pregnancy! Yes, mild cramping even spotting is very normal in early pregnancy. Your body is beginning to go through a metamorphosis...making space and rearranging to make room for your baby. In the coming weeks you will probably have several more symptoms, like nausea, fatigue, mood swings, change in appetite, all completely normal..or you'll be one of the lucky ones and not have any symptoms at all. Enjoy your pregnancy, and don't hesitate to keep the questions coming, you are on the best forum for help and support! Pam
Completely normal. You will drive yourself insane if you wonder and stress out about every little ache and pain and pull. Trust me - there's a LOT of them. :-) Try to relax, sweetie! Take a deeeeeep breath...and back away from the internet! Hee hee! (Just joking of course...but I am sincere in that you need to try to relax!)

Totally normal. I've had that every time I got pregnant.

I am 23 wks and at every visit my Dr always asked if I have had any cramping, she started asking at 6wks, had some light cramping untill around 10wks but it was not really that bad. I think alot of women have some type of cramping throught out the 40 wks, best of luck to you and I hope that you and your little bean will be fine!!!! best wishes Julia
