Hi prayforme
Yes I battled infertility for many years due to this pcos so I know a lot! Feel free to inbox me with any questions- I am more than happy to help. Get your vitamin d levels checked for sure!
Wow mamissa77 you have a wealth of info. I didn't know about the vitamin D.
No I had diabetes my first pregnancy and shewas born at 32 weeks rthis one I have thyroid problem and on progesterone shots currently 23 weeks on Friday.... with our conditions hormones out of whack basically
Pcos here. I am on metformin which helps to reduce miscarriage rate as it controls insulin levels. My first three pregnancies ended in miscarriage- 4 th one started metformin and finally had a gorgeous little girl( although she was premature probably from all the miscarriages). This time on metformin again , vitamin d( we pcos women tend to have low vitamin d), progesterone, fish oil, folic acid 5 mg and prenatals. Also doing acupuncture once a week, anyone on metformin?
I have pcos and am currently 6 months with my second child. No complications with my first or this one either. :) don't stress. Just eat healthy and exercise when you can.
I had pcos. I am currently 6 mths pregnant. The only thing that I would have checked is your progesterone levels. I suffer from low progesterone levels and had a few miscarriages before they figured it out. I have taken progesterone supplements from the start of this pregnancy and my levels have been great with no complications :-)
I have it you will be fine don't stress it on my second pregnancy. If you have any specific questions message me
