I am getting induced next Tuesday. I'm nervous! What can I expect?

I ahve a question wen yu get induced yu can push yur baby out like a normal labor?. Juss askin it my first pregnancy.

they will give you something to make you go into labor. then they will give you an epidural if you want one. and they put pain killer in your I.v and you have a little button you can hold with your hand. when you feel pains you can push the button.. it worked for me. and for some reason they kept telling me to lay on my left side. but once you get the epidural you wont feel much of nothing

I was induced with my first (9 days past EDD).  It was @ night.  I went into labor (back)right away.  My husband was on the side eating and then fell asleep.  It sucked.  All I could have were ice chips and some "pain killer" that didn't work!  Good luck!
