? If my mother had a baby with Down's Syndrome at my age (39) does that increase my risk?

I would think my risk/chance of having a baby with DS is the same? Do you think this increases my chances? TU

Don't think this increases your chances above what they would already be.

Many many older women have healthy babies.  Don't let this fear stop you if you want a baby.

Best wishes

No it will not, down syndrome is not hereditary. Always more of a chnace as we get older but other than that, same chance as everyone else.
Good luck!
