I had it real bad fron 6-9 weeks but its eased off now thankfully as I was so so ill. I was vomiting blood and had ketones in my urine due to my body going into starvation mode. I was sick 24/7. The drink 7up helped me and chewing gum xxx

Fresh fruit definitely helps for my nausea. I also heard that ginger ale, crackers and toast works.

They make these candy type things called ginger chews. Great if you are not hungry but feeling nauseous.  Also, my prenatal vitamin has ginger in it already.  I think that had really helped.

Ginger snaps and ginger ale helped Ease it. Sometimes sips of apple juice too. I ate hard candy,  peppermints,  and saltine crackers to help.  Wear seabands

Ginger, gingerale drinks, peppermint teas. You can make smoothies with ginger in them. For some reason I craved pineapple when my stomach was upset.

Gatorade popsicle
Some pregnancies are good with fruit others sugar or vinegar.  Try a few things and see how thru make you feel.  My first baby was all fruit.  Now I can eat pickles and candy but no fruit lol.  Gum helps.
