I need some help on how to relieve the pain of stiatic nerve. I can't even walk it hurts so bad :/

Thank you. Its my right side. I have my legs elevated right now. It is helping a little I could walk now. :)

Try propping  your  legs up with pillows while u sleep,I was having some pain in my left hip and leg and I told my doctor  about it and she had me go to physical therapy  for 2 months but it's a lot better now
