35 weeks pregnant and Pin worms?

Is there a over the counter or holistic remedy for Pin worms that are safe at 35weeks?
I just found out last night (went to the bathroom and saw them) that I have pin worms.
Is there any pregnancy safe medicine when I'm this far along?
(I see my doctor in 2 days - this is the earliest I can see him-)
Will my doctor prescribe medicine?
Could the worms harm the baby?
Should I go to the ER?

I'm Dying right now. I was just reading my ,MEDICATIONS IN PREGNANCY for medicine and I saw Pin worms. I thought, wow, I remember having those as a kid, it's funny that should be on there... And then I see your post. My list says Pin-X is safe, whatever that is. Uggh, Hope you get relief soon!!

I'm planing on waiting for my doctors appointment before I do anything drastic but I was wondering if there is anything that could help stop the spread, or slow them down till I could see my doctor.

I think that would certainly warrant a call to the doctor before doing any self medication or treatment!
