35weeks lots of pressure

im 35weeks and I've had so much pressure in my vagina area it's crazy... And it's been doing this for a good 2 weeks.. I don't go back to the doctor for a week and a half.. But I just feel so weird that he is coming so much sooner then we realize I just had an ultra sound and they said he is 6pounds and 4oz already.! My first son was born at that weight so I'm very scared this baby is going to be HUGE. I guess my question is why am I having so much pain I can hardly walk especially at night, and are the ultrasounds right when they give you your baby's weight cause if so I am super scared my baby will be HUGE...

My doc said the same thing. I had my doc appointment this past Tuesday and my doc said my baby is measuring ahead,he MIGHT come early, and he's weighing about 6 lbs!!! I know the weight could be off a pound or two but im terrified if it's true...my first two babies averaged a little over 7lbs!

At my 36 week scan I was told 6lb 4oz, give or take 13oz. She said they expect a weight gain of half a pound per week from 36 weeks. So I'll be looking at an 8lb baby if thats right and I go to 40 weeks. Looks like mine could be coming a little early too :)
