A massage therapist that is trained in prenatal massage is a good place to start  - he/she would know exactly where the pressure points are. I had mine try it with my last pg but no luck - plus I ate so many spicy foods at the end to try and bring on labor- but I agree with Adgal that a baby comes when a baby is ready (in my case, my baby wasn't moving out willingly) but it's fun to try things and you can't go wrong with a foot rub!

I hope you are able to have a successful VBAC. I  had a planned c-section before since my daughter was post dates and was measuring around 10lbs.  I can try for a VBAC if I go into labor before my scheduled repeat c-section and if I still desire one at the time. I go back and forth on the subject. My OB doesn't want me to go too far past 39 weeks and strongly urged me to have a c-section by then. I agreed. Either way I get my baby, so for me, this is decision I can live with.

good luck!!!

the best place to go is to a reflexologist or a massage place as when your pregnant they are trained to stay away from those ares as they can cause your uterus to contract, unless of course thats the reason why your going, so long story short, look up reflexology or massage in your ph book, or acupucture if your going to give that a go... hope this works for you :)

the foor rub isnt nice, well it shouldnt be ! I nearly hit the roof when I had mine done and I went into labour within 2hrs, the acupucture doesnt hurt, you can hardly see the needle they are soo fine, I hate them too, but go get thise pressure points done :)

Thanks guys. But as to having a c section the baby weighs about 6 lb 7 oz now by ultrasound. The Dr does know and as long as i go to the hospital in enough time for them to monitor all will and should go great thanks again
Oh LOL im not a fan of needles so will pass on that but a nice foot rub sounds great. Thanks again to you all and hopeing to see our new arrival soon safe and healthy still open to other ideas if any

All have given you lots of good ideas, but at the end of the day, | think these babies just come when they are good and ready to.  Whatever the case, it certainly won't be long now...how exciting for you!

As for going into labor naturally vs. c section, I am assuming your Dr. knows this and approves.  I know several women who had v bac after a c section and it was fine, again providing the Dr. was working with you.

Best of luck to you and wishing you a healthy and safe delivery.

Acupucture and/or a foot massage with them doing your pressure points (reflexology) should help if your ready to go :). but it will onjly work if your body is ready
