Unless your having complications and your doctor tells you not to then it is safe to have sex till the day you go into labor! If it hurts, try a different position. I realized that putting a pillow under my bottom helped me. Whatever works with you and your man!

It hurts a lot so I try not to do it much but I regressed back to 1cm and they say that's the best thing I can do and walk so have at it
