4 months withou a period?????

I am 51 yrs. young and have not had my period in 4 months.  My last sexual encounter was 4 months ago.  All over the counter test come back negative.  I have no symptoms of peri or menopause. My nipples are sore, and I have gained weight.  Monthly I feel like I am going to get my period with cramps and lower back pains but nothing. Advice please.

Usaly ladies get menopause after a age of 45 to 50yrs of age its normal that u have better get abn ultrasound scan done to get cleared of ur doubt it will give u a clear informaton our pelvic organs and consult a Doctor for evaluation
