Wow! How exciting for you! I'm 35, pregnant with baby #2, and I have a 7 month old at home!  My advice is: to eat healthy, indulge sometimes, practice meditation/yoga, and keep your pregnancy as peaceful as possible.  Then, you'll always look back and think of it as a beautiful experience!  Also, educate yourself about parenting and babies. I read everything I can and I realize how little I knew!  It's empowering to know I'm knowledgeable about what's happening.   Oh, and watch the business of being born. Pretty cool documentary!

Hi ladies congrats to you all. I was wondering if all the 48 and 49 year old ladies fell pregnant naturally? I am 49 and already have 7 grown children and quite a few grandchildren but my new husband and I have been trying to fall pregnant with no luck yet. I'm worried it's too late for us now
