I was sick literally 24/7. But no vomiting almost thought if I could just get it over it would be better but no luck. I would wake up feeling. My dr prescribed me something but I never took it just because it still made me feel nervous (effects it could have on the baby). Things that helped, Saltines (on your bedside table before you stand up eat a few), ginger ale, Nilla crackers, suck in sour candy (or ******* pops/drops), ginger or peppermint tea, my dr said vitamin B6 (or B12, can't remember but google it). My girlfriend was in the same boat and I found these magnetic wrist bands (at buybuybaby store) they are for motion sickness she said they've really helped her. I wish I found them sooner when I was at the worst.
Have you tried the ******* Pops or ******* Pop Drops? My mom sent me some from Amazon and they work wonders for nausea. Also, squeezing about half a lemon into a glass of water and drinking it seems to help me.
