Symptoms can be so tricky, so TRY not to worry yourself too much about them.  I too am 7 weeks (well I'll be 7 weeks on Thursday) and my only symptoms are tender breasts and I'm DOGG TIRED, other than that, I'm fine, no morning sickness or anything like that.  Some people have NO symptoms and go on to full term and have a healthy baby, and some have ALL the pregnancy symptoms there are to have, and end up miscarrying, sooooooooooo, just try and calm down.  Do you have an U/S scheduled yet?  I'm sure that will help ease your worries

Not everyone has early pregnancy symptoms, and some of the symptoms can fluctuate, change, or come and go. Try to relax and enjoy the lack of morning sickness . . .which might turn up in a couple of weeks.  Good luck.
