Incase it could be more like anemia, I would call your OB to check you out. Maybe you're deficient in something. Otherwise it's all part of pregnancy really.
Is this another complaint? LOLO you KNOW I'm kidding!!!! Yes, sweets...get your rest, you're in the home stretch. Be extra pampering to yourself now...nap when you can, elevate your feet, and just take it easy...as I'm sure you've heard time and time again, you're going to need all the energy you can get once your little man arrives!! XO
Oh dear, that did come across a bit whiney didn't it...lol. I had a bunch of bloodwork done 2 weeks ago when I had my 1 hour glucose (which was normal..yay!!) and everything was good. Iron was a little on the low side, but still normal. I don't think there is anything wrong. Work is always so busy so I'm sure that's it. I love having him in there, so it's all worth it!! I'll ask about that vitamin shot though...in winter our veggies aren't as fresh anymore as they are now trucked in, so not a bad idea. I can't believe he is due in 12 weeks from today!!
All I can say ladies is that this doesn't last for long and believe it or not...You are going to miss this stuff when your babies are born...LOL!!! You are in the home stretch and all of this will have been worth it!!! I feel your pain..really I do, but "This too will pass" I am so thrilled for you and I can't wait to see your little ones.
Oh I can relate! I'm 30 weeks and I've been exhausted for weeks! My 18 month old wears me and by the time she goes to bed at 7:00, I can hardly move off of the couch. It doesn't help that I have pregnancy insomnia and I hardly sleep at all at night! I actually think I'm going to get more sleep once the baby is here! :-)
Whine away girly!!! LOL I hardly ever got sleep when I was pregnant. I am actually sleeping longer and harder now that Cruz is here!!! And he is a breast-fed baby at that!!! So, chin up!!! You will asleep soon enough!!!!
See if DR will give you Vit B12 shots.
I do them monthly at home, I am anemic and cannot hold nutrients very well.
Damngirl, I was seriously looking forward to a BURST of energy...has not happened so far at 16 weeks so dont think it's gunna happen either.
Good luck getting your MOJO back!!!
By the way congrats on your great bloodwork!!!
