I use Neutragena rapid clear cleanser. It will dry out your face but helps clear you up. I use twice a day, helps keep my acne under control.

I had bad acne (face and back) when I was at my 1st trimester but when I hit the 3rd trimester it's all gone, now it's just marks. May be it's the hormones. And oh! Mild baby soap works for me. I think it helped. Avoid using harsh soap. Good luck! :)

I never used the foam cleanser one so I'll keep that in mind but I did use the regular Cetephyl cleanser and the smell made me throw up! I hope it's not similar.

I had it really bad in my first trimester so i started using cetaphil oil control foam wash.....another mommy on here referred it to me and let me tell you, it works wonders. Use it every time in the shower and within a couple days to a week your skin will be cleared.

I had it quite bad. The only thing that helped was a good cleanser. I use a benefit one now. and no7 moisturiser. but it clears up eventually dont worry. :)
