I'm in a similar situation, except my hcg levels are barely rising (132 to 143 in 4 days). The doctor thought it was ectopic so I went to get transvaginal ultrasound but they found nothing in the uterus or the tubes. I haven't had any bleeding but the doctor says the pregnancy isn't viable because the hcg levels aren't doubling. I need to go back in to see if my hcg levels are dropping otherwise they will keep thinking it's ectopic. It's sad and frustrating and scary not knowing what is going on.

Those levels are typically too low to see anything even with transvaginal imaging. The discriminatory level of hCG is about 1000-2000 to detect an intrauterine pregnancy transvaginally.

It's better to see your doctor in your case. It might be ectopic or a bad egg. So try to know exactly what it's going on.
